Refund & Replacement Policy

We stand by the quality of every plant we ship. If any of the following occur, we’ll offer a refund or free replacement:

  • Damaged, rotten, or unusable plants

  • Missing plants in your shipment

  • Wrong items delivered

A full unboxing video is required for claims. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We use third-party couriers like India Post and Ecom Express — delivery timelines may vary, but we pack all plants with utmost care to ensure safe transit.
