Refund policy

At FREK, we take great care in delivering healthy plants and quality products 🌱
Since we deal with live plants and fragile items, our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand.


⏳ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • After this, cancellation is not possible as:

    • Plants are immediately moved to our facility

    • They are uprooted, air-dried, and prepared for shipping

    • This process cannot be reversed without damaging the plant


📦 Reporting Time (Important)

To be eligible for any refund or replacement, you must inform us within:

  • 🌱 Plants: Within 24 hours of delivery

  • 🪴 Pots (Ceramic/Plastic): Within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • 🌾 Soil Mix: Not eligible for return/refund

📸 Proof Required (Mandatory)

To process any claim, you must provide:

  • 🎥 Unboxing video (from sealed package opening)

  • 📷 Clear photos of the issue

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.


🌱 Live Plants Policy

Each plant is hand-inspected before dispatch, but being natural products, minor variations may occur.

✅ Eligible for Refund / Replacement:

  • Plant is completely dead

  • Plant is fully rotten (roots + plant)

  • Wrong plant received


❌ Not Eligible:

  • Minor leaf damage, yellowing, or spots 🍃

  • Broken leaves or small stems

  • Transit stress or slight dehydration

  • Soil movement during shipping

  • Broken or trimmed roots


🌵 Succulents & Cacti (Special Care)

  • Dry appearance is normal after shipping

  • Dry ≠ dead ❌

✅ Eligible only if:

  • Plant is fully rotten (complete damage)

❌ Not eligible if:

  • Only roots are damaged or missing

  • Plant looks dry or slightly soft

💡 Root trimming is a normal and healthy practice that helps new roots grow faster after repotting.


🪴 Pots (Ceramic & Plastic)

We offer refund or replacement for damaged pots.

✅ Conditions:

  • Report within 24–48 hours

  • Provide unboxing video + clear photos

Once verified:

  • Replacement will be shipped, or

  • Refund will be processed if item is unavailable

❌ Not eligible:

  • No unboxing video

  • Report after allowed time


🌾 Soil Mixtures

  • ❌ No returns or refunds

  • ✅ Replacement only if wrong item delivered


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
You can place a new order once your request is reviewed.


💰 Refund Process

  • Claims are reviewed within 2–3 business days

  • If approved:

    • Refund is processed within 5–7 business days

    • Amount is credited to your original payment method

  • Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount

If delayed, contact us via email, call, or WhatsApp.

  • 🌱 Live plants (return not accepted, only replacement/refund in valid cases)
