At Frek.in, we take great care to ensure that your plants reach you healthy, mature, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy to understand how and when we dispatch orders, along with important delivery and size-related information.

🕒 Drying and Dispatch Schedule

• After your order is placed, we commence an air-drying process for certain plant types to ensure they remain healthy during transit.

• Drying usually takes a few days, depending on weather and plant conditions.

• All orders are dispatched on Tuesdays only.
  This ensures:

  • Plants don’t sit in courier warehouses over the weekend.

  • Faster and safer delivery.

  • Streamlined packaging and quality control.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Timeline

• After dispatch, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

• Typical delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Locations: 4–7 business days

  • Remote/Interiors: May take longer depending on courier access

Please note: Delivery estimates may vary depending on your chosen courier and your pin code’s serviceability.

📦 Plant Condition & Sizing

• All our plants are healthy, well-rooted, and mature.

• Expected plant size: 2 to 5 inches in diameter (may vary by species).

• Our team carefully selects and packs each plant to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

📬 Courier Services & Tracking

• We ship through trusted third-party courier partners including Delhivery, India Post, and others.

• You’ll be notified with the tracking link as soon as the parcel is shipped.

• Frek.in is not responsible for courier delays but will assist you in case of delivery issues.

❗ Important Notes

• We do not ship daily — only on Tuesdays.

• Once drying begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

• In case of early dispatch requests, shipping is done at the customer's own risk.
