At Frek, we aim to ensure that your plants reach you in the best condition. However, as we rely on third-party courier services for deliveries, certain conditions apply to our refund and replacement policy. Please read the following carefully:
1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following situations:

Plants that arrive completely damaged, rotten, or are entirely unusable

Missing plants in the order

Wrong item delivered (not the item ordered)
2. Courier Services Disclaimer

We do not directly handle the courier services. We use third-party shipping services, including post office services and private couriers such as Delhivery.com.

These couriers are completely separate companies, and while we strive for timely delivery, we do not control their shipping times or practices.
3. No Support for Regular Parcel Post
If a customer chooses regular parcel post as the shipping method (instead of Speed Post or private courier), please note:
📭 We will not be able to offer any refunds or replacements as this is a non-trackable, slower, on-road service not recommended for live plants.
We strongly advise choosing faster, trackable delivery options to avoid plant damage or delay.
4. Damaged Plants – What to Do
If your plants arrive damaged or unusable, you must:

Record a complete unboxing video from start to finish, clearly showing the plant condition

Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package
Our team will review the evidence, and if the damage is confirmed, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement for the affected items.
5. Missing or Wrong Items

If any plants are missing, we will refund or resend them after verification.

If the wrong item is delivered, we will also replace or refund it once proven via photo or video evidence.
6. No Cancellations After Placing an Order
Once an order is placed on Frek.in, it cannot be cancelled, regardless of whether it has been shipped or not.
Each order is packed specifically per request and involves perishable goods, so we ask customers to carefully confirm their items before checkout.
7. Change of Mind After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds if the customer changes their mind.
This includes:

Ordering by mistake

No longer needing the item
Please note: All orders are processed and packed carefully to ensure the plants remain healthy during transit. As we deal in live plants, we are unable to reverse the shipping process once the package has been dispatched.
